Tying Instructions:

Clamp hook in vice and wind thread level with barb. Ty in the hackle by the tip at the rear. Form body - either wind herl or apply dubbed body -. WInd the hackle forward like a rib (palmered) at least five turns. Form head and tie off. Cut off thread and apply head cement.
