Rick Zieger anounced this swap on the VFB mailing list in June 2000. The goal was to ty different mosquito pattern.
Common to all mosquitos is the grizzly hackle and a body made from gray dubbing or different types of hair and herl. If they have wings, mosquitos have wings made from grizzly hackle tips. All mosquitos in this swap are dry flies although this must not be true for other flies.
